RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns
Return of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:

1.The goods received are damaged. (Once evidence is provided an assesment will take place to determin if you are eligiable for a refund or replacement) 

2. The product(s) is differnt from the product(s) you ordered. (In this case an exchange will be made to correct the order no refund)

3. No returns will be accepted for change of mind 

Important information

Please note that all candles are made from soy wax therefore there may be a layer of frosting (frosting is a white crystalline layer that forms on the surface of natural waxes such as soy.) This will not affect the performance of the candle just the appearance.
